You don’t need to know the cause. A short account of the fault gives us a place to start.
- What changed?
- Note when the issue began and any recent updates. Include the error text if you have it.
- What is affected?
- Tell us if the whole site is down, checkout fails, or only some pages run slowly.
- What runs your site?
- Name your host and app, such as WordPress or Laravel. Add the PHP version if you know it.

How we work ↗- 01
Audit
Review your PHP setup and trace the fault. A clear report shows what needs attention and why.
- 02
Fix
Address the cause with hands-on changes. Check the affected pages and tasks as part of the work.
- 03
Optimize
Tune settings to suit the app. Focus on slow requests, memory use and the load your server handles.
- 04
Support
Keep the setup in good shape with ongoing care. Discuss updates, backups and monitoring for your site.
Before you send.
A few useful checks.
What if my site is down?
Choose the urgent option in the form. Say when the outage began and which tasks are blocked. Include the last change you made, if known.
Can I ask about a planned upgrade?
Yes. Share your current PHP version, the version you want and any target date. Note the apps that must keep working.
Should I share a public phpinfo file?
No. It can expose sensitive server details. Remove it from public access after checking your setup. A brief description is enough for an initial enquiry.
